PDF which-role_2.pdf   --  CoL offers two roles for members. One is a full-time Academic Coach who primarily provides support to middle school English Learners during the school day. The other is a part-time Youth Worker, who primarily plans and leads after school enrichment classes.

Second, complete an application on service year .org or my americorps. gov. Third, staff will reach out to schedule an interview. Fourth, undergo the site placement and background check processes.
PDF How To Apply   --  To apply for the City of Lakes AmeriCorps program, first review our website and nationalservice.gov to make sure you understand AmeriCorps service and the benefits of serving. Second, complete an application on ServiceYear.org or MyAmeriCorps.gov. Third, complete an interview with City of Lakes staff. interviews are typically in a group format and last 90 minutes. Finally, complete the site placement process and national service Criminal History Check.
